RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Quick Summary: Hur Rida offers a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original condition with all tags and packaging. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this Return and Refund Policy:

  • "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Hur Rida.
  • "Products" means the items offered for sale on the Hur Rida website.
  • "Service" refers to the Website.
  • "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • "Website" refers to Hur Rida, accessible from https://www.hurrida.com

2. Return Conditions and Eligibility

We accept returns of most products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item must not be part of our non-returnable items list (see Section 6)

Important: For hygienic reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. Please see Section 6 for details.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Customer Service: Email us at admin@hurrida.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and tags.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to our return address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Wait for Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 10-14 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days

Late or missing refunds? If you haven't received a refund within the specified time:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  3. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@hurrida.com

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to be processed first.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or hygiene reasons:

7. Shipping and Handling

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Wrong Item Shipped: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind/Size/Color: Customer pays return shipping

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.).

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for returns made within 30 days in original condition.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Required Information: When reporting a damaged or defective item, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective item
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged during shipping)
  • Description of the issue

9. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
